Smart Habits For Success... From Setbacks - Professional development
We all experience setbacks in our personal and professional lives. At work, setbacks can take many forms including a late order, missed sale, quality issue, unhappy customer or even a lost job. Having setbacks is not in and of itself a sign of failure. How we (as individuals and companies) deal with and overcome setbacks is the test of success. One of my customers once told me what has become one of my favorite sayings: "they are only obstacles until you get past them".
